Included in the registration fee:
Entrance to the conference, conference material, opening reception, conference dinner at the Uppsala Castle, and lunches and coffees.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made in writing to the conference secretariat. If you cancel a still unpaid registration, you will be charged a cancellation fee of SEK 750.
- Cancellations made by 16 May 2026: the total amount will be refunded except for the cancellation fee, SEK 750.
- Cancellations made after 16 May 2026 will not be refunded.
- Cancellations of only separate activities or meals are non-refundable.
Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send someone in your place at no extra cost. If this should be the case, please contact the conference administration office, Academic Conferences at NRM2026@akademikonferens.se
